140 WATT HF AMP COMPONENT SET
The AN762 amplifier is designed for mobile operations. The amplifier operates over the 1.6 to 30 MHZ frequency band with a 13.6 Vdc power supply. Two MRF454 transistors are used to generate a 140 watt output. The use of chip capacitors results in good repeatability, making the overall design suitable for reproduction.
