Warranty and Disclaimer:
Since the vendor, Communication Concepts, Inc., does not control the use of its products, there are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since Seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Concerning products for which Seller is acting as only a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, Seller expressly limits its liabilities to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees Seller will pass through to the customer. Further, Seller will, at its option, either replace the goods sold or refund the purchase price. No warranties will apply if the goods are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Seller. If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY and make a claim. DO NOT return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier. Without this, your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
Limited Warranty on Transistors:
There is no exchange or warranty on transistors and modules which, in our opinion, have been damaged, installed, or used. Therefore, be sure the parts are proper for your equipment. Transistors are fully tested under load and SWR by the factory to meet their specifications. The factory will not guarantee parts once installed.
How to Return Parts for Warranty:
Call Communication Concepts, Inc. at 937) 426-8600 for a Return Authorization Number. Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Return Authorization Number is good for 14 days.
Original Purchase Receipt must be included with parts. No exceptions! Our Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Items should be returned by prepaid United Parcel Service. Pack carefully to assure safe delivery. Insure if necessary.
Warranty coverage is not possible if items are received damaged.
Note: When returning merchandise, please place the original package inside of a shipping carton. Do not use the original container as a shipping carton. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
Product Returns for Credit/Refund (not warranty issues)
Under some circumstances (at the discretion of Communication Concepts, Inc.) and with its prior approval, we will accept an item for return. Product returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt or product returns will not be accepted. Should you suspect the product received was damaged, please see the information below under “Damaged Items”.
Under most circumstances returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
Communication Concepts, Inc. does not reimburse for freight charges when items are returned for warranty returns, cancelled /voided orders, etc.
All goods returning are subject to review and pre-arranged terms with Communication Concepts, Inc. will be required.
Communication Concepts, Inc. has pre-checked and inspected the product prior to shipping. All care has been taken to assure quality control and satisfaction of product to meet specs. You may not “test run” a product or do evaluation on NEW merchandise. Once the product is installed it is considered USED and will not be considered for return or exchange.

At the time of delivery, if the box is obviously damaged, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. This item will be returned to us and another will be sent at no additional charge.
If hidden damage is noted (when box is opened), contact UPS as soon as possible. Save box and all packing. UPS will pickup the box/parts. Once the item is received by us, a replacement will be sent.
